VEROSHAVE Return and Limited Warranty Policy
At VEROSHAVE, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality shaving experience. To that end, we have established the following comprehensive return and warranty policy.
60-Day Return Policy VEROSHAVE offers a 60-day return window for customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase. In order to initiate a return, the customer must first contact our support team via email at hi@switchtovero.com within the 60-day period.
- United States Customers: VEROSHAVE will cover the return shipping costs for customers residing within the United States. - International Customers: Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that VEROSHAVE head shavers are engineered to deliver an exceptionally close shave, comparable to that of a traditional razor blade. However, due to individual variations in skin type, hair texture, and usage, results may differ. Such variances do not constitute a manufacturing defect, and dissatisfaction based on subjective results does not warrant free return shipping for international customers or a waiver of return fees.
Limited 2-Year Warranty Beyond the 60-day return period, VEROSHAVE provides a limited 2-year warranty covering any verifiable manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. The following conditions apply:
- All Customers: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs under the terms of the limited warranty. - Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, VEROSHAVE will, at its discretion, replace the defective product with a new unit of the same model or an equivalent model if the original is no longer available.
This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product care instructions. VEROSHAVE’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of the defective unit under the conditions described above.
